Privacy policy statement pursuant to art. 13 D.lgs. 196/2003 as amended.

The D.lgs. 196/2003 protects your personal information, i.e. details enabling the direct or indirect identification of a person or company, organisation or association. Our company takes the protection of its clients’ details very seriously, and we undertake to keep all personal information supplied confidential. According to the provisions of the law 675/96, you are informed below of the content of the law, with particular reference to the rights of the data subject.

The D.lgs. 196/2003 requires the data subject to consent to the use of his or her personal information, for its collection, registration, organisation, conservation, processing, selection, extraction, comparison, communication, disclosure, modification, blocking, cancellation or destruction. Users are obviously free to choose whether or not to enter their details, however failure to provide consent will, as stated in the D.lgs. 196/2003, render it impossible for your information to be recorded and therefore the required services cannot be provided. This company collects and uses its clients’ personal information in order to provide services and allow access to the various sections of the site. When placing an order or taking part in the competitions, promotions or other special events, you must provide the information required to process the order. This information will include: your name and address in order to make the delivery, financial information such as credit card number and expiry date, billing details. This company does not knowingly request personal information from children, nor will it send them requests for personal information.

Users are informed that all the information gathered from the various modules found on the site will be protected by technological systems and security standards in order to prvent the loss, incorrect or improper use, falsification or destruction of the information supplied. This company declines all liability in the event that the information is traced by unauthorised third parties while being transmitted on the Internet.

This company does not disclose its clients’ personal information to third parties with the exception of companies providing services for the management, maintenance and functioning of its own Internet site. These companies are however prohibited from making unauthorised use of such information. The information may be supplied to third parties: in order to comply with legal obligations or during legal proceedings, or, if necessary, in the public interest. Information supplied by the user may be used to contact the person in question if problems arise during completion of hte order. Some personal information supplied when an order is signed may be disclosed to any third parties involved, but only if necessary to ensure that the service is duly completed. In any event third parties will be prohibited from using this information for purposes other than those required for the purposes of supplying the service.

Like other websites, this site also uses cookies. A cookie is a small file that leaves a trace on the user’s hard drive. It does not contain executable codes nor is it a virus. Users are entitled to exercise their rights under art. 13 of the D.lgs. 196/2003: to know, by having free access to the register referred to under article 31, subsection 1, paragraph a, of the existence of any information which may relate to them; to be informed of the content of article 7, subsection 4, paragraphs a, b and h; to obtain, from the data holder or data coordinator, prompt confirmation of the existence of their personal information, even if not yet registered, its origin and its communication in an intelligible form, as well as the reason and purposes for which it is used; the request may be renewed, unless there are justified grounds, not before ninety days; the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including any information which is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; the updating, amendment or, if applicable, integration of the information; confirmation that the operations under points 2) and 3) have been made known, also as regards their content, to those to whom the information was disclosed or communicated, except where this proves to be impossible or involves a use of means which is manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected; to object, in full or in part, on legitimate grounds, the use of their personal information, even if relevant to the purpose for which it was collected; to object, in full or in part, to the use of their personal information for commercial purposes or for the sending of publicity material, direct selling or to carry out market research or interactive business communications and to be informed by the data holder, no later than the time at which the information is disclosed or communicated, of their entitlement to exercise this right free of charge. For each request under subsection 1, paragraph c, point 1, the data subject may be asked, if the existence of his or her data is not confirmed, for a contribution to expenses, no higher than the costs effectively incurred, according to the procedures and under the limits set out in the regulations under article 33, subsection 3. The rights under subsection 1 with regard to personal information concerning deceased persons may be exercised by any person with a legitimate interest in this regard. When exercising the rights under subsection 1 the data subject may provide written authorisation or power of attorney to individuals or associations.
